Meet Our Director

A woman sitting on a light-colored sofa in a bright room, smiling at the camera, with a large window revealing a backyard with a wooden play structure and a blue pool.

I have worked in early childhood education for over 25 years.

Throughout my career, I've held a variety of leadership and operational roles, including Room Leader, 2IC, and a position with the Department of Education and Training. Each experience has shaped how I lead today: with care, understanding, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Our team is the heart of a successful centre. When we reflect, support one another, and stay open to learning and change, we create a safe and uplifting space for everyone. In this environment, we grow together with kindness, curiosity, and care.

I take great pride in leading a centre where every child leaves with something meaningful, whether it's new learning, a proud achievement, or simply the joy of a great day. It's about making moments that matter.

I warmly welcome you to Brady Bunch Early Learning Centre and look forward to being part of your journey.

    – Parent

  • "One of the most noticeable differences for us has always been how staff prioritise morning drop-offs. They instinctively step in to nurture and gently redirect little people navigating big feelings."

    – Parent

  • " The immediate emotional support makes such a difference and allows parents to leave knowing their child feels safe and seen. It’s something that feels like standard practice at Brady Bunch."
