RELATIONSHIPS
We believe positive relationships with families and the wider community are key to raising confident children. Across all our childcare centres, we build relationships that are empowering, respectful, peaceful and patient, and we recognise that every child and family is unique.
We ensure that every child feels safe, secure, and supported as they develop a strong sense of identity. We achieve these goals through inclusion, shared responsibility, mutual respect, and a genuinely loving, supportive and caring environment, one rich with learning and open-ended resources that create endless growth opportunities.

LITERATURE
We believe learning is a lifelong journey that never stops. Our educators provide as many opportunities as possible for children to grow and develop their skills and knowledge, while continually building on their own expertise as the early childhood education industry evolves.
We develop essential literacy skills through yarning circles, storytelling, our built-in phonics programs, and hands-on, play-based learning experiences, engaging every child in a genuine love of literature from an early age.

SPORTS
We're committed to providing extra-curricular sporting activities and physical activity throughout every day, because we believe sport and physical education are fundamental to children's early development.
The skills children learn through play, physical education and sport contribute to their holistic development. Through sport and physical education, children build key values such as self-confidence, independence and pro-social skills. Our educators and the wider community embed physical education into our program every day.

MUSIC
We believe music is a natural and important part of every child's growth and development. Early interaction with music positively shapes children's lives, helping them bond emotionally and intellectually with others through creative expression in song, rhythmic movement and listening experiences.
Music in early childhood builds the foundation for future learning, and we integrate these experiences into daily routine and play at every Brady Bunch centre. In doing so, we nurture lasting attitudes towards the joy of making and listening to music, because music is part of everyday life at Brady Bunch.

NUMERACY
We believe mathematics plays an important part in everyday life, and numeracy is an essential foundation for children's living and learning. We promote confidence in using mathematics through our daily routines, helping children build a positive disposition towards numeracy from an early age.
We explore powerful mathematical ideas with every child, including spatial sense, structure and pattern, number, measurement, and mathematical connections to the world around them, the foundations children need to become confident, lifelong learners.

THE ARTS
We recognise that the arts offer children meaningful ways of understanding themselves, others and the world around them.
We give every child the opportunity to engage in a variety of art-making experiences, building a stronger sense of harmony, critical thinking and imagination. Through the arts, children gain new insights into the world around them as they grow up in a culturally diverse Australia.

At Brady Bunch Early Learning Centre, we believe children thrive when families and educators work in genuine partnership. The relationships we build with children and families support each child’s learning, confidence and development, both within our centres and beyond.
We create individual short- and long-term goals for every child, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Through meaningful experiences and supportive relationships, we nurture empathy, self-worth, creativity, independence, social awareness and a lifelong love of learning.
Open communication with families is at the heart of our approach. We recognise that families are children’s first and most influential teachers, and we value working alongside you to support your child’s unique journey.
Our philosophy reflects the EYLF principles of belonging, being and becoming.
Children belong within their families, cultures and communities, where they develop their sense of identity. They are encouraged to simply be, enjoying the relationships, experiences, and everyday moments of childhood while becoming confident, capable, and connected individuals.
