Meet Our Director
I am the Centre Manager at Brady Bunch ELC Ballarat. I have been working in the early childhood sector for 17 years. I have been part of the Brady Bunch ELC Ballarat community for the past eight years and have had the privilege of watching the centre grow and develop into what it is today. I am passionate about creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where children, families, and educators feel valued, heard, respected, and supported.
I strongly believe that the early years lay the foundations for lifelong learning, development and success. I am committed to giving children meaningful opportunities to explore, learn, develop their skills, and thrive in an environment where their voices, ideas, and individual identities are recognised and valued. I am equally passionate about mentoring and supporting our dedicated team of educators. As a Centre Manager, I believe an important part of my role is to be present, approachable, and available to guide and support educators when they need it.
Building strong and respectful relationships with families is also incredibly important to me. I believe that children thrive when educators and families work together. At the heart of my leadership approach is the belief that every child, family, and educator should feel they belong, that their voice matters, and that they are supported to be the best version of themselves.
