Hello, I’m Cherry, and I’ve worked in Early childhood education for over 25 years.
Throughout my career, I’ve held a variety of leadership and operational roles, Room Leader, 2IC, and a position with the Department of Education and Training. Each of these experiences has shaped how I lead today: with care, understanding, and a strong commitment to both quality and safety.
Our team is the heart of a successful centre.
When we reflect, support one another, and stay open to learning and change, we create a safe and uplifting space for everyone. It’s in this environment that we grow together, with kindness, curiosity, and care.
I take great pride in leading a centre where every child leaves with something meaningful, whether it’s new learning, a proud achievement, or simply the joy of a great day. It’s about making moments that matter.
